This policy explains how CorePOV ("the site", "we") handles information about visitors.

Information we collect

The site has no accounts and no forms. We do not ask for your name, address, phone number or email address. If you contact us, we use your contact details only to reply.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (for example, which pages are viewed and for how long). Google Analytics uses cookies. It does not tell us who you are. For visitors from the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, analytics and advertising cookies are turned off by default.

You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

YouTube API Services

The site uses YouTube API Services to get stream and video information and to play videos. By using the site, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. For how Google handles information, see the Google Privacy Policy.

What we get from YouTube API Services

• Only public information about the channels we list (titles, thumbnails, publish times, start and end times of streams, durations and similar).
• We never access your YouTube account or any information about you. There is no sign-in.
• We use this information only to show schedules, VODs and video lists on the site. We do not sell or share it with anyone.
• We keep it only as long as needed to show it, for 30 days at most, after which it is refreshed or deleted.

Information stored on your device

The site saves a few display settings in your browser (local storage), such as which streamers you filtered by, your Multiview layout and your chat filter settings. They never leave your device.

Embedded players and posts

Streams play in the official embedded players of YouTube, Twitch and Kick. When you play something, that service may set its own cookies. Posts from X are shown with links to X, and X may set cookies when you open them. These are governed by each service's own privacy policy.

Your rights

Because the site has no accounts and does not collect your name or contact details, we hold very little information about you. If you are in the EEA, the UK or another region with similar laws, you may ask us about, or ask us to delete, any personal information we hold (for example, a message you sent us). Data collected by Google Analytics or Google AdSense is handled by Google; you can control it with the links above.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

Children

The site is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Disclaimer

Stream information comes from each platform's public API. We try to keep it accurate but cannot guarantee it, and we are not responsible for any loss from using it, or for the content of external sites we link to.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page.
